Refund & Return Policy — DecentFit Watches
At DecentFit, we take pride in offering premium men’s watches built with quality craftsmanship and timeless style. However, if your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, we’re here to help with a smooth and simple return process.
Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original DecentFit box and packaging — exactly as you received it.
We do not accept returns for items showing wear, scratches, or any damage caused after delivery.
Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Customized or engraved watches
- Watches purchased on final sale or clearance
- Any watch returned without its original packaging and tags
Refund Process
Once your returned watch is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming the return. We’ll then notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card provider. Processing times vary depending on the bank.

Exchange Policy
We only replace watches if they arrive defective, damaged, or not functioning properly. To request an exchange, email us at support@decentfit.shop with photos of the issue and your order number.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same model is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit or full refund.
Shipping Returns
To return your watch, please contact our support team at support@decentfit.shop for the return address and approval.
You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned watch without tracking.
